just found out how Manchester United beat Barcelona yest! haha.. i love the goal by Paul Scholes, it was a hell of a goal. top corner, and the keeper has no chance. Man Utd defended all the way, and limited barcelona's chances, barca really gave their best, but i feel that the defense of man utd is tormenting their creative juices, and also van der sar was great! the man utd keeper. haha.

back from school! haha.. feel so good about the exam! haha.. In the midst of the tense exam, something struck me, it sounded like, " RMIT(Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) Recognizes and rewards hard work!" This is mainly due to the identical question that came out which also appeared in last yr sem2 exam paper ( which i did yest night!!) haha.. basically, accounting was my weakest subject after marketing, so i just did alot more of accounting practices than any other subjects!! ha. yea man.. and it paid off! cause i just felt i was getting better by the day. nothing feels better than that in studies yea? ha =P i bet there are hell lotsa things that i am not good at still in introductory accountantcy, but i think i was lucky that they did post those qns that i am not good at, for example ratios!! man hate them! cause u have to calculate these ratios and look at the results, compare them with other ratios, analyse them and provide a solid explanation for a problem. woa.. level 5 answers.. hate it! ha.. (but i still told myself to love it yest night)
oh ya! missed out on the outing with my classmates just now.. argh.. feel so super bad la. cause they are the best bunch of friends that i have for years! actually all the bunch of friends i have from time to time were great!! but just kinda let them down today, cause i got to start mugging earlier as i still have to go for lyon's concert tml! yay! can't wait for it daughter, jia you! jia you! jia you! haha..

i have just gotten clear with something in the bathroom while i was bathing. hmm.. something that is in me, something that is really me. i used to just don't do stuff when it comes to something that feels like"nah.. it won't work.." or "nah.. i will be laughed at.." "nah..she still hates me.." these few lines from the devil in me telling me not to do certain stuff. i guess that is going to end RIGHT NOW! Usually it happens when i have phone calls that i have to make.. and knowing that i am not good in public speaking.. i hate to make phone calls to ppl that are strangers or just better speakers than me. that i have thought it through is a complete disgrace.. firstly, i let all my public speaking training go to waste, secondly, i am not letting myself practice how to PR, Thirdly, why the hell are u so timid about it, be confident, just speak and bring your point across as clearly as possible. =D this also kinda happens when it comes to my ex too. ha.. i can't communicate with my ex man. cause i nv was able to like u know, forget about them. they just simply lives in me. but i do try. so thats a good thing. just ..,like wat dickson adviced me, "treat her as a friend and everything will be normal liao." haha.. will do bro! =D SO...

Man it tastes heavenly, with its tough enough 'zhap'(gravy) and all the spicyness in it.. it makes tasting like walking through hardship, i can imagine the hardwork of my parents and all that make this bowl of noodle appear in front of me possible. woot.. i love it!

Night @ Mac
yest, i was mugging the whole day as expected. went to mug at mac as usual .. =D mug is the best la.. juz read the post below this. haha.. and yea.. the only thing that kept me awake the whole night was this ice latte that would easily cost $6.50 @ starbucks, but only costs $3.50 @ mac. it was a treat to study in mac. cause it has air con, alot ppl juz like me, studying,

Basketball at last!
later in the day, like 8am, i went to play bball(basketball) at 600+block at senja. woa.. it was great. because there was nobody else except for an old uncle that is sitting on the bench. when i started playing. he started to play. so yea.. i think i am the motivation that caused him to start playing? haha.. no la.. that ah pek is good alright.. .. .. when i was practicing my jump shots(which i am super rusty at), he was shooting in almost all his attempts.. that good streak of his didn't got to me as i was too dead tired. yesh.. after one night of studying and straight to bball..haha.. played till 10am.. and went back home.. bathe and relaxed.

Meet up at Tiong Bahru Plaza for dinner
left house at 4pm. reached tiong bahru plaza at 445 pm. did some work at the BK there.. yesh.. i brought my lappy bag loaded with all the textbooks and stuff.. haha.. kit and lyon promptly appeared and yea.. went on to decorate JH's card.(hope she loves it!) and after dinner, went to DBS Auditorium where the concert was set to happen. when we were there.. things haven't started so thank god! we were all perspiring badly cause we walked the perimeter of the CPF building, (the advice from the security guard was that DBS Audi is behind CPF Building..) yesh.. cause i zhi zhuo chong ming.. went to lead everyone on a fast march down the cpf building. luckily kit daughter were alert, telling me to try the buidling at the side of it. ha.. my orientation is seriously wrong la.. haha..

The Concert @ Dbs Auditorium
there isn't alot of words in the english dictionary that u can use to describe the spectacle we have seen. here is, a bunch of 17 and 18 yrs old trying their best to create the best memories that they will have in their high school life =D its a great honour to be able to grace this occassion. they did great! i was there to basically support my daughter, JH, and yes, she was awesome too! although there were alot of hiccups(after the performance, Jing Huan told me about it.) oh yea.. there were.. JH, u juz got learn from it. it is your first performance, and on my score card, it is 9/10. excellent! the one point lost is well.. think u know y JH.. haha.. rem? the thriplet ? ha.. that one was boring. haha.. =X i personally love the part where there was the chair valerie kor and xing yun playing. the duet was great! nothing to say, it was quality of guitarist at their purest. i love the tango song too.. the first strump got us all so hyped to it. we wanted more. and when it was all over and everyone was heading towards the exit, u answered the audiences call.. ENCORE indeed! haha.. with two more songs that touched our hearts.
we love you! u can hear that from the crowd and daddy is nothing but proud of ya. =)

i have been working on my econs for some time. so i decided to come online again. apparently, there is this website that i am drawn to. a website about a group of last years college(university in USA) students that is on a quest, a roadtrip to find out what they want in their life. they went around the country doing alot of interview of famous leaders. About what they experienced when they are at their age.
personally, i learned alot from the interviews. its v real. it helped me to understand about things like, what you wanna do, just go and do it. "if u have a dream, you gotta just go and do it, there will be no drama in it." "if u want anything u want, just ask." "...I believe life should be a bold and daring adventure...." "...I was petrified every time [I tried something new]. Being petrified is part of everything, but you don’t stop doing it. You’re scared to death, but you keep on going. today i did quite a substantial amount of mugging...as usual 4 this exam period. ha.. there's something that i desperately wanna share with you guys today! the 24hrs concept of mac is a big hit man!(for me) i mean who would have thought that the 24hrs service that mac now provides in all mac every fri and sat midnight would be so thoughtfully spot-on? its amazing. there aren't many customer around and there are like 7 crew maintaining the place.. obviously they aren't making $.. the only explanation which i personally came up with is that they are serious in providing a cuppa coffee or a place to chill during these weekend chill out periods.

another simple ending to a whirlwind -like weekend. there was good food, alot of books and alot of friends. it was a great week indeed.
without the surprises, life would be so boring ain't' ya? and there was some this week too. everyday was an adventure. thats how many wants to live their life yea? I am truly a bless man.
somehow my heart feels alot better. alot more at ease after i got back in contact with jas. it was a something that i refuse to believe was in my brain, lingering, but it existed. well, i felt better after these days, seriously. =D nv felt so good after so long. it was a blessing, for us. no more hatred, no more struggles, no more late nightmares. just a wonderful feeling of peace. haha.. wonder when we might be able to see each other soon.
yesterday i went out with weida and junyang my two bros! it was another bday celebration for me. we went to this restaurant at marina square. its called wakaru. woo.. from the number of ppl that are waiting outside to be seated, u get an idea how good that restaurant is doing. partly i feel, due to the number of selection of food on the menu. it is really alot la! i enjoyed it, later we went to watch "rogue crocodile!" shit.. another horror movie! haha.. alot of blood and stuff.. not tt scary, but juz hate this kinda movie +X

last Sunday, 6/4/08
woke up early in the day and went to prepare for the annual 'ching ming jie'
, went to the cemetry to shao mu. this is the season where all the uncles that
i dun see often and my relatives suddenly gather together to complete a
task, going to the 5 locations, paying respect and praying to our ancestors'
monument. it was a really hot day, so everybody was juz trying to keep their
cool, and tried to finish their task as soon as possible. the elders were always
talking about the lottery numbers and stuff like tt, and it amuses everyone..
haha.. guess its the ice-breaker for the gen x ppl! haha.. oh ya, my father
picked up $70 in the cemetry.. wasn't a good place to pick it up. and my dad
went to buy 4-d with all the cash. nv tio la.. but at least it felt good to pick up
such a sum of $$. (Bet the person that lose it must be super pissed..) later in the evening, our family went to "chom chom" @ serangoon garden.
its a place where u can easily find good food after good food in the whole
establishment. i have been eating there since i was young, so this isn't exactly
a new place to me.. but it feels good to get back there after such a long time =D dad had a car on sunday, and these were made possible by the vehicle. haha..
wonder when i will pass my TP exam and get a vehicle.. ha..
Monday, 7/4/08
woa.. today was a day that i basically slacked.. juz like saturday.. but i was studying
abit on M9 in preparation for the exam on tuesday. but hey.. i also remembered that
i had 7tix, tickets for an s-league match on that evening. called the guys in my class
and most of them replied with a positive answer. yay!! and i was so excited to be the
organizer again.. went on to meet the guys at Jurong east train station. The good
ppl that turned up, Nelson;Yann liang; Zhong ren; Adam and me! haha.. the 5 of us
went on to have dinner at LJS. Yann Liang bought a bag that costs if i remembered it
correctly, $67. haha.. it was rather expensive for a backpack. but he said it is of good
quality, "yi fen qian, yi fen huo". alright i believe u. haha.. but the bag looks good la. no
doubt bout tt. after dwelling at jurong east for an hour, we went to jurong east stadium
via train to lakeside. the s-league match between alberix nigiita and tampines rovers
was so exciting la.. there were juz so many goals (ended with a 6-1 win for tampines) and
so many pretty girls.. so many japs.. haha.. dun u love them.. the cutesy jap girls.. wanna
juz hug one of them.. maybe setting up a free hug station at the stadium is a good idea..
haha.. the uncles at the south stands(no shelter area) were seriously funny la..
they kept telling the china import called qiu li to go back to china to farm.. and joked about
the keh long japanese keeper.. i believe the uncles won alot.. from their facial expression.
wish them luck.. +D After the match we went back str home.. wondering when we
can have such an outhing again. haha..
tuesday, 8/4/08
its another of the typical exams day.. i didn't sleep well the previous night, because i
was revising m9 again.. again... haha.. but i did managed to sleep on the sofa la.. my
sofa is the best.. can always double as my secondary bed! haha.. in the afternoon,
1230pm, i went to suntec city to take the exam again. i was late, but managged to
catch up with the rest. i did all the qns with my best knowledge.. and the dear computer
pitied me i guess..(cause i failed 3 times alr).. haha.. i passed!! hahaha
i was overwhelmed with happiness.. haha.. but couldn;t show it.. xing xiang la.. need
to be steady one..haha.. peggy called and i told her about it. both eric and peggy were
both happy about it.. they have been supporting my financially and i really thank them
for the opportunity.
after all the exams, i went to meet my army friends, Junhan; Zhi Heng; Christopher;
Joshua and Jamie. haha... this was a gathering cum birthday celebration for me. and
yes! i got my first present for my birthday! a cuff-link. haha.. u know those button things
that u put on the sleeve button holes on the long sleeve shirts? haha.. it is my first time
getting this kinda gift, so i am really happy about it. haha.. basically, chris told me
that my apprearnce needs a serious make over.. i need to wear something more presentable
and also learn how to dress up for work. haha.. i look so 'lork kork' with my slippers berms
and tee shirt. haha.. alright i get it. =D
we had dinner at ajisen ramen and it was a great meal.
alright i am super shag le, tml still gotta go sch group study. haha..

YOSH! the project work is in the final stage. And its all down to editing the report and making it compact and me printing them out the coloured copies and the black and white ones tml.
Oh ya, yest i cleaned up my ps2. how did i do tt? haha.. secret.. no la.. i stripped the ps2 and just cleaned up the interior which is understandably dust filled. tested both ps1 and ps2. well both worked fine. juz, that there is this constant clicking sound when a disc is put in to load. haha.. maybe the bones of the 5 year old machine is getting weaker. haha! ps=playstation~ to play those games after such a long time really is a different kind of experience. its like reminiscing on the past excitements. although the graphic quality is definitely lower than my ps3, but the game play is well enough to cover up for it.
alright, later there is a match between manchester united v.s roma @ rome! 2.30 am! it promises to be a really big game! man utd will be through, my fav player on this planet, totti is injured, btw he is the captain of roma. haha.. though i am a long life fan of man utd. its not wrong to support a player from another team man! totti's skills are sublime. he has the ability to create 'a moment'.
